Please note that due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on abstract art pieces, African masks, wall art, or other wooden decor items. All of these products are handmade by skilled artisans, and each piece is unique. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to offer an exchange.

All of our items come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist Tettey Glover, as well as a Certificate of Origin for items made in Africa. These certificates guarantee the authenticity and origin of the product and add to the value of your purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the exchange process, please send an email to wondaboshiartgallery@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation of why you wish to exchange the item, and a photo of the item in question. Our customer service team will then guide you through the rest of the exchange process.
