Tettey has been painting since he was a child. Born with talent, he began his career creating black and white abstract art drawings. Professional portrait artists gave him some pointers on how to work with oils as they say the rest is history. His art can be described as abstract expressions and the colours and designs are as vibrant as his beautiful smile. Tettey’s career as an artist has been his journey of continuous exploration and growth, he gets his inspiration from the beauty in nature. He was born in Ghana West Africa surrounded by the magnification of the natural beauty found there. His abstract canvas artwork portrays a delicate balance of fluidity and structure, softness and vitality, mystery and clarity. He uses a special technique with his brush to create his Unique Style but it is not just nature that inspired him, Tettey draws influence from the world around him. His vision is to create a contemporary art gallery dedicated in promoting the works of Local and International artists.

I see no value in buying jewelry and putting it in a safe deposit box, or buying art and putting it in a warehouse. I have to see my art on the wall. I have to enjoy the art that I buy . It may also bring back good memories later. When I buy a piece of art, it has to speak to me.
